This cheesy veggie soup is a quick fix that tastes delicious! It makes a nice warm comfort food for winter… and it’s pretty healthy too!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag hashbrowns
- 1 bag california vegetables
- 4 cups water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery
- 1/2 – 1 pound of cheese
In large sauce pan boil hash browns and veggies in 4 cups water. Boil for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
