Ingredients:
- 1 box of cake mix (any flavor – I chose chocolate!)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- Any mix-ins you would like to add (I put in a handful of mini chocolate chips)
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a medium-sized bowl.
Stir until a soft dough forms (it will be thick!) Then fold in any add-ins you would like.
Place dough by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!
I love these cake mix cookies! One of my favorite variations uses a lemon cake mix and you roll the dough in powdered sugar before baking, which creates a crackled look. Yum!
That sounds good too! Thanks for sharing the idea!

This is the first time I’ve ever made cookies from a cake mix. They were good, I’ll definitely make them again, maybe trying new flavors 🙂
