How I Soothe Aches and Pains Naturally

Whenever my muscles ache from exercise, I turn to doTerra’s Deep Blue blend of essential oils. The pain melts away within seconds and I feel much better!

This blend includes: Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Blue Tansy, German Chamomile, Helichrysum, and Osmanthus.

I just rub a drop or two of the oil on the affected area. For sensitive skin, you might want to dilute this one in a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil

Deep Blue comes in a 5ml bottle, a 10ml roll-on bottle, and a lotion rub.

I love using this blend and others from doTerra because I know that all the ingredients are all-natural and safe.

    • Let me know what you think of it if you do have a chance to try it, Angie! I love it and it is great for soothing tired muscles. Besides the oil, it also comes in a lotion as well. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great weekend!

  1. Excellent advice. The power of natural ingredients really is so under-rated by so many. I bet that oil smells amazing!

If you have a minute to spare my weekly Say G’day linky party is on and this post would be a perfect addition! Hope you can stop by and say g’day!
