Start out with the largest mixing bowl you can find.
Add the cooked chicken. I just baked mine in the oven and chopped it up.
Add your lightly steamed broccoli. I put mine in a microwave-safe dish, added a few spoonfuls of water and cooked in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes.
Then add your soups, salt, and pepper.
Then add in all that cheese.
And last but not least, the massive amount of rice you cooked.
The recipe makes 4 meals. One I put in a baking dish for that night’s dinner, and the rest I put in freezer bags for another time!
It turned out great!
