This is my favorite pancake recipe! They turn out so fluffy and filling. Drizzled with some maple syrup, they make an amazing breakfast! (Or lunch. Or dinner..)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Gently whisk milk and vinegar together in a small bowl, set aside.
In a large bowl, stir all of the dry ingredients together.
Add egg and butter to milk mixture, whisk together. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
Melt butter in a large skillet and ladle mixture into skillet to create pancakes.
When the tops get bubbly, flip the pancakes and continue to cook until golden brown.
Remove pancakes from heat and enjoy!
Vinegar seriously does make the fluffiest pancake, completely agree. Thanks for sharing on the weekend re-Treat link party.

I need to try these! My homemade pancakes are always flat, so I usually resort to Bisquick;)
