I love this super-simple recipe that tastes great! It’s also healthier than following the box directions. Pumpkin will add fiber to your muffins, and not many calories! I hope you enjoy the recipe!

Ingredients:

1. Spice Cake Mix (Or any box of cake mix, really. I’ve also tried it with Butter Pecan mix, and that’s pretty good too!)
2. One can of pure pumpkin

Mix ingredients in a medium bowl with a blender

Scoop into lined muffin tins

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
