Craving a cheesecake, but not the hassle? Try this recipe for an easy cheesecake made with crescent rolls as the crust! It’s delicious and super simple to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- cinnamon & sugar mixture
Spread ½ of the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of an 8-inch pan.
Combine the cream cheese (Softened), ½ cup of sugar, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
Mix until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll layer.
Top the mixture with the rest of the crescent rolls.
Melt the butter and brush across the top of the crescent rolls.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly browned.
Let cool, slice, and eat! Enjoy!
