Oh my goodness this frosting is amazing. Lick the bowl clean, tempting to just eat spoonfuls of it good. Thankfully, I did manage to save enough to top a vanilla cake. But I’ll let you come to your own conclusion on how tasty it is so here’s the recipe…
Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
The directions are simple.. just mix all the ingredients together!
Then put it on top of your favorite cake.
I recommend letting the cream cheese soften a bit before mixing. Also remember to keep it refrigerated. Enjoy!
