I found this freezer-friendly recipe at MoneySavingMom.com. It was a quick and easy recipe that turned out delicious! We put half in the freezer for later, but really enjoyed the portion we kept out. One thing I love about this bread is that it actually holds together really well! So many homemade breads end up crumbly.
It was quick and simple to mix up…
…and stick in the oven to bake for about an hour.
Mmm… I just love a loaf of fresh baked bread, don’t you?
This one’s definitely a keeper! It’s going on my “favorite-recipes” list for sure.
Thanks for sharing this recipe. I’ve been on a homemade bread kick so a lot of new recipes are being tried. Adding this one to the list to try.
Hope you like it! I love making homemade breads, it’s one of my favorite things to bake.
Yum. Bananas and chocolate are such a great combination! Pinned!

This is the perfect banana bread for me and my hubby! For one, we are both chocolate lovers. And two, we can store half in the freezer for later. Thanks for sharing!
Hope you both enjoy it! Freezing half works out great for us, too.
I think my sister would love this! I’m going to see her this weekend so I’d love to make it if I have time before I go.
