Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 or 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 egg, whisked
Combine the Bisquick, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Dip chicken strips into egg wash, then dredge in the dry mixture. Add more Bisquick, spices, or eggs if you need to. Put chicken on baking sheet (I recommend putting aluminum foil with cooking spray on the sheet first) and bake a 350 for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Yum! These turned out to have a really nice flavor to them. I’ll definitely be making them again!
Mmm! These look really good–and easy to make. I think my kids would love them. Thanks for sharing!
I definitely will be trying these. My small people like chicken fingers, and this way I’ll know exactly what they’re putting into their bodies. I would LOVE for you to share this post at Food on Friday.
