Here are a few clever uses to recycle your old tissue boxes.
Store your plastic grocery bags. I was able to fit 8 in one tissue box.
Trim up an upright box to store all your kitchen mixes. I put oatmeal packets in mine. It would also work well with hot chocolate packets, seasoning mixes, etc.
And finally, you could use them as a trash receptacle for your laundry room to collect dryer sheets and lint. Or you could use it as a small trash can for your vehicle.
How do you like to recycle tissue boxes?
Love the laundry room trash idea! I’m always walking back and forth, back and forth…. Hopping over from Cornerstone Confessions.
I like the trash can idea for a car/van.
These are great ideas! I’m hosting a new linky party at http://hickorytrailblog.blogspot.com/2013/05/efforts-and-assets-linky-party-1.html
I would love to have you!

I have to admit that I always feel guilty for throwing out these boxes! They aren’t picked up as recycled items in our neighborhood and they really clutter up our landfills! I was so happy to see these ideas! I love all of them! I will implement immediately in our house. Thank you so much!
I use the square puffs and kleenex boxes in our bathroom closet. I cut the corners at a diagonal and fold down each long edge to get them out of the way while they leave a clean edge. You can either staple the sides down or tape works too. I fill them with our gauze, bandaids, razors, toothpaste and toothbrushes… or what have you? If they become shabby- just toss. I also use them in the laundry room. Smaller kleenex boxes I trim in the same way to line my drawers- they make great drawer dividers for puppy/kitty supplies, hair supplies, bathroom supplies etc. The dollar store has nice larger storage boxes- sometimes I tuck the tissue boxes n the larger ones to store various items. Yes, in the kitchen too for any kind of individual packets of onion soup mixes, boxes of tea bags, anything that comes in clumsy to store packages.
Really so lovely post and helpful. I like this post.
