Homemade Coffee Creamer

This sweet, creamy blend tastes great in coffee! I was doubtful that I could find a substitute for my favorite store bought liquid coffee creamer, but this one I really like! It will take some getting used to since I’m not used to that much dairy in my coffee, but once I gradually make the switch I look forward to having my morning cup of coffee without any weird additives!

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Mix the cream, milk, and maple syrup in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until heated through and it starts bubbling a bit around the edges.

Remove from heat, mix in vanilla, and let cool off at room temperature for awhile before refrigerating.

How to you take your coffee? I need a good amount of cream and sugar added to mine! :-)

    • Yes, the maple syrup is what makes it nice and sweet! Thanks for visiting!

  1. I’ll have to give this a try! We’re really trying to eat a real food diet, but I’m having a hard time giving up my Coffee Mate. :)
